Business Outlook
Pros
Will hire most any RN that do well in a virtual interview. Paid 12 week training program if no recent dialysis experience. Lots of overtime available. Especially, if willing to float. Decent benefit program.
Cons
Long shifts. Most all at least 10-12 hours. Frequently short-staffed, still meeting state minimum staffing levels, but RN's have to fill in the gaps. If 12 of less patients are in the clinic, you likely will be the only nurse in the building. Many RN's in the area are leaving the company due to burnout.
