Great pay and great management

There aren't too many cons

The job was pretty straight-forward and not difficult. Repetitive tasks and most shifts were relatively smooth if staff were there as scheduled.

Staff were typically not there as scheduled, so as the nurse you had to pick up the slack and many times work as a tech and a nurse simultaneously. There were times I felt unsafe as a nurse, afraid I would forget something or make a mistake because it was extremely busy when I didn’t have staff show up.
