Depending on role you might get a good manager. There is room for advancement if you are in the inner circle Direct patient care employees care about the welfare of their patients.

Money above quality and patient safety. They hire unexperienced staff to keep salaries. Extreme bullying on all levels. Their constant threats of being laid off, position elimination, fired. No one can do their best under constant threats that end of making staff and managers work OT for free.
