      I was able to learn about managing people and work with amazing dietitians. Everyday was different and I learned a lot about the different roles, clinics in the company

      Cons

      The position was dissolved there is no longer an other opportunities for dietitians other than a clinic dietitian or regional leads which cover multiple large territories.

      Pros

      The best thing about this job was the flex schedule and genorous PTO. Dietitians are also well respected by the nephrologists.

      Cons

      Poor leadership/management after the recent layoffs of our nutrition managers. Reporting to a clinic manager that is a nurse who has no idea what our job entails is one of the reasons I left. There is also no accountability. Upper management only cares if your CQS score looks good, not how those numbers are being achieved.
