A lot of improvement opportunities: There is no life-work balance around the company (strict office hours, each minute late is discounted from your payroll even if you stay late, no remote work opportunities). Micro-managing. Professional growth comes from departments' needs to cross function in multiple roles due to personnel shortage - more responsibilities, same pay. HR is the department that needs the most improvement, their culture focuses on micro managing employees on non-related work activities, their hiring process is late or non-existing, there is no new hires or promotions, which leads to employees cross functioning for the same pay and leaving because of it, there is an extreme personnel shortage for the big amount of projects that are being implemented in the production areas, which are held to very high expectations by senior leadership. Current Organizational Structure around the company gives uncertainty regarding roles and long-term stability.
