Strong industry leader but doesn't value employees - Senior Corporate Recruiter Fresenius Medical Care Employee Review

-Company has continued to restructure and have many layoffs across all divisions. In discussion with employees that have been here a long time, this is a constant problem - Base pay good, but bonus is sporadic, and yearly merit increase is very small - I don't see much opportunity for growth. My boss has received multiple promotions in the recent years yet no one on her team has received any type of promotion. So the gap between her and her team keeps growing. It seems like our efforts are getting her rewards while we get overlooked.
