Pros

Manager doesn't talk to you except for once a year annual performance review Get promoted to larger responsibility despite being total failure at delivering anything Get hired for position without needing to have any relevant skills Don't need to actually do any work as long as you have a timesheet code to book to Don't need to learn new technology - internal systems still based on 7 year old OS, although were in the process of upgrading to Office 2013 (In late 2016)

HR would rather respond as apparently helpful to glassdoor reviews then actually engage and listen to employees feedback in the work place Feedback is discouraged you are categorised as being "negative" Have been in trouble with management for providing feedback to HR Management keep pushing a "talk positive" message while ignoring the fact we don't have right skilled staff, we regularly lose customers simply due to gross negligence, we screw up customer environments and even our own internal one The worst executive team & General Managers I've seen in my entire 15 year career in IT CIO for a technology company is stuck in the past Extremely rare to find any happy/motivated employee across many business units First time this year no employee engagement survey ... Some excuse was made but believe real reason is management don't want the feedback, it's not going to be pretty

Our aim is to continuously engage with our employees, listen and act upon their feedback and we use multiple platforms to do so. We encourage all our employees to fill out the yearly Employee Engagement survey of which the collected data is used to identify areas for improvement and act upon them (The next Employee Engagement Survey will be launched again this month). We actively chose to engage with our Glassdoor audience, because we are sincerely interested in how our employees experience our working environment and conditions offered. We encourage our people to actively raise any of their concerns directly with their local HR contact person, so we can take action towards improvement. As you have been working at our company for more than 8 years, I am sure you know we value our employees more than anything and are truly focused on delivering a positive working experience for everyone.
