      1. very home like environment 2. Politics not encouraged.. 3. Young Talents are recognized, appreciated & encouraged 4. if in SAP, onsite opportunities a plenty 5. Plenty of opportunity to learn new things

      1. do not expect cutting edge projects 2. Internal training dept. sucks, but they get excellent external trainers
