Pros

if you are the person who is joining any brand company first time so it will give you brand name. That's it.

Cons

This is the company where Managers are free to play with their under employees. Full of politics, buttering, micromanagement, if you know how to do buttering to your senior you are the person who can sustain here for decade especially EOS team. The worst team and the manager I worked. No Career growth. They don't release you for any good opportunity though it is within organization only.
