Good working culture, stable permanent work, teamwork is very normal, passionate for innovation and improvement, always pursue excellence, develop you to be multi-skilled employee, benefits and salaries are above the industry,
Cons
Work or life balance is hard to maintain due to high production volume (work from monday to sunday, 24/7). When senior management (expat) changed some good programs are not maintained or implemented, growth rate are being slowed down around 1 to 2 years because of adjustment of new management.
