No processes. Leaders are brought in from overseas. 1st line supervisors have responsibilities across the country and are spread too thin and can't control the work. Top leaders only care about profit margins. They don't promote, keep salaries down, and minimize any bonuses.... if people leave fine... they higher new staff... no worries.
