Stopped investing into development of new products for the past 4 years. Harvesting existing products and customers, No real vision on where to take the company. Senior Management is frighten of failure and unwilling to make strategic moves. Expect company value to continue eroding. CEO and COO spending great deal of time telling employees about their culture of change, should spend more of their time on truly implementing change. Sr Executive team inexperienced, mostly former sales professionals.
