      + futuristic projects + option to develop your knowledge through free courses (and sometimes courses funded by the company) + great people + pretty good benefits + very nice office + remote work (or hybrid)

      Cons

      - communication with Japanese teams tend to be hard if you don't have anyone with japanese language in your team - salary could be better but it's not terrible
