-One race dominates, sometimes you may feel exclusion and an unfair treatment. If there is any information, they only share among them. -Another drawback about this company is yearly salary increment is really worst for MNC company. -upper management may provide a negative reviews to your performance review with the reason that you didnt have much project, even though the management itself didn't assign any due to the insufficient project.
