      - Office location (Talawde, pcmc pune) - General policies at par with IT consulting industry

      Cons

      - Regionalism. Even though its Japanese brand but its run with Indian mindset. - Incompetent leadership, not vacating positions. - Poor salary increments unless you have specific surnames. - Scarce onsite opportunities - Library is the poorest, mostly found closed
