Even having a dynamic and daring profile, GE promotes a great environmental for working. Ethics, Compliance, Customers, Employees and Results are the main worries and beliefs of GE.
Cons
In order to keep the short term results, GE changes all time the organization as market demand, sometimes these changes are so fast making impossible to gather the results of the previous change and its can demotivate the employees.
