      Pros

      They bother about work, not about time spent. Good at pay. If you love to learn, it's right place.

      Cons

      Lot of meetings - they schedule meeting for everything. You should learn to say no- otherwise you will end up stretching a lot and trying to meet unrealistic deadlines.
