C-Level Communication is only good one. And as a career perspective, if you experience crazy manager, then every other job opportunities are the heavens. This makes a great impact on your life time.
Cons
1. Micromanaging 1:1 Meeting is held every Monday morning and he is checking everything. Numbers of cold calls(80 times recommended) and numbers of prospecting meeting (10 Meetings recommended). Well everyone has its own sales style but this company especially in Asia, they are trying to only copy and paste for it. I want to define this as the personal issue of that man but company is just letting him and making rational for him to do it. 2, Unrealistic goal. I was taking in charge of Public sector and due to the government process they could not make it as multiyear deal. For my government is paying something regular service by annually but not multiyear. However, company did not recognize it as fair deal and made myself as if I am doing nothing. This was crazy. 3. Call Center not a sales. Even you are selling a nice to have and invisible product, they are dealing some workforce as just sales machine not human. Due to the brand power and being themselves as high end consultants, even you go out there are the other candidates that are filling up the position. 4. Your career can be ruined. Turn over is extremely high. I have resigned myself after working 13 months. And getting new job was very hard. Company is giving target with retaining account and new account acquisition calling it as NCVI. Well if you cannot make NCVI, then the company will start to do actions on you. For me I could not sleep with medicine due to the stress and micromanaging from manager.
