Pros

There are lots of free snacks and most employees are nice. Also, the perks are pretty good in comparison to other companies of this size.

Cons

Most leaders are in their respective roles not due to actual leadership skills but due to complaining the most while being in the right place at the right time. This is not a company that you should work at if you are looking to grow in your skills. The main way that leaders and employees are encouraged to work is on high alert[aka. chaotically). I’ve seen many examples in which someone is hired based on a specific set of skills but, once that person starts the role, their responsibilities are dictated and micromanaged by someone with little to no experience in that area. If you have an interest in doing quality, meaningful work - then this is not the right place for you!

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
