Pros

Flexibility for some depending on business unit and manager. Rigid hours for some especially those in inside sales.

Cons

- toxic environment. Employees constantly gossip and lots of politics in a small office. Management are involved in gossips. - management has no empathy, lacks sincerity across business units. Treat employees as commodities. - Only promote those with good numbers or makes the management happy which is ridiculous as people skills are not considered. This is applicable to all promotions across all business units (sales & non-sales). - Bad behaviors (no due respect, condescending etc) are condoned and portrayed across the management team in Singapore where no checks and balances are in place as they report to global. - No empowerment, only micromanagement - No recognition when you have done well. Under microscope if you make a mistake.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
