Pros
The HR team is approachable and helpful but powerless. Though every team has a HRBP assigned but they really cannot put forward their thoughts to arrogant and self-centered business heads.
Cons
The business heads of the digital marketing team is pathetic. They will only keep puppets under and around them who hardly has any business knowledge or ideas, people who are just seat warmers and the leaders too fall in the same category. Employees who are in their leader's good books would get promoted even being in PIP, employees who can just dress up well and flatter the leaders can get promoted to a managerial role in 1 year and again a senior manager in next 6 months, by doing absolutely nothing which would enhance business value, the only thing that can help you flourish in this team is being a dumb and idiot person, who can just dress up well, put tons of make-up on their face and keep your leaders happy, that's all you need to succeed! Isn't that amazing and easy? Employees who have sound knowledge of the business and work positively in right terms will get humiliated in the team every day to a level that you become mentally disabled and resign finally!!
