At Gartner, we take all complaints regarding associate behavior extremely seriously. As part of our rigorous code of conduct, which is published on our website, all associates complete annual mandatory training to help ensure the highest standards of integrity in everything we do. In those instances when a complaint is made, we thoroughly investigate and take action. In addition, Gartner encourages a speak-up culture as part of our robust approach to ethics and compliance. This is detailed in our Corporate Responsibility Report. Associates can ask questions and report concerns without fear of retaliation. We have zero tolerance for retaliation against those who bring forward concerns and questions in good faith. When issues are raised, either through the Gartner Hotline, our Office of the Ombuds, Human Resources or to associates’ managers, they are investigated thoroughly and shared with our General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. If you or a colleague has a question or a concern, we encourage you to contact your manager, HR partner, Gartner Hotline or the Office of the Ombuds.
