- bad management
- work schedule from 8:00 to 16:30 but the bus would arrive at the site at 7:30 and would leave at 17:00 meaning that everyday you would have to spend an hour more at work without getting paid extra.
- inability to develop projects because of the management that would not accept changes because most of them make a lot of money from having their own interests in certain projects leaving the transport operator to struggle with making certain transports
- no collegiality, if you work in a site you can't work properly with other colleagues from other cities
- no procedures
- all the prices given to the customers are given by unresponsible people that have no idea how the prices are in a certain area
- no support for the employee and the HR system is really poor
- as an employee you don't matter
