We know it’s important that you feel you can come to work and feel proud of your work output AND we know it’s important that you also get the kind of leadership that is creative, supportive, motivational and more.
If you’re open to coming to share your feedback I’d love to hear from you. I’m not planning to cash out and leave anytime soon - that’s not the type of person or leadership team you have. We believe in the mission, vision and the strategic priorities we as a company and as a department set out to achieve earlier this year.
Your leadership team is fully present and engaged - we’re here to build a great team and support the business.
