You’re right, we have experienced a tremendous amount of change. Our organization has evolved and continues to grow. Thank you for your work to help us adapt! The Indeed partnership has presented challenges and I realize that a lot of work remains to optimize and operationalize our collaboration. At the same time, I’m amazed by how our sales leaders and sales representatives have partnered with our colleagues at Indeed to create positive outcomes for our customers. Now, we need to get our processes and systems to work better together. It will take time, but I’m confident that we’ll steadily make improvements by listening to your feedback, working cross-functionally to align our technology and processes, and systematically overcoming the obstacles making the day-to-day difficult.
