Pros

I love it here. Been here for a few years and the reasons why I joined are still there today. Lots of growth potential, the company cares about me as an individual, the people here are kind and intelligent, perks are great, and now the added benefit of being able to work anywhere. I have been able to move to be closer to family while still keeping a job I love.

Cons

Attrition. Top talent is leaving, which may be true of everywhere right now, but Glassdoor could do more to retain tenured employees. Increasing compensation would go a long way to keep the amazing people we need to keep this ship running.

Thank you for taking the opportunity to share a review - I'm glad to hear after several years you are still finding Glassdoor to meet your career and family needs. I too was able to relocate to be closer to family with the Work From Anywhere Policy and am so thankful Glassdoor has adapted benefits in accordance with the changing needs of our people. I agree that we don't want to lose all the great people that make Glassdoor special. To address employee retention and lean into current employee feedback, in CS we are focused on 3 things: 1. Resourcing our teams at target account ratios and case volumes to avoid burnout 2. Investing further in training and transparency for career progression and promotion. 3. Focusing on Connectivity and inclusivity so we can stay connected and build collaboration in person across CS and GTM. Thank you for continuing to choose Glassdoor - we're so glad you're here! - Kira Dewey, Interim Head of Customer Success

Pros

The benefits and culture were probably the best I've ever had. Even better than the benefits were the people I worked with. I enjoyed coming into work and doing my job and really stood behind the company tag line of helping people find jobs they love.

Cons

During covid things started getting bad. Like many other companies layoffs came around and how the company handled those were terrible. You show up one day and next thing you know you lose access and cryptic email and then your'e gone. This happened again in 2025. They brought in person whose job it was to basically get people to leave. They didn't care about the content on the site, or any of the efforts in place to promote integrity and transparency and instead just wanted to shove AI down everyone's throat. What's sad is that Glassdoor was once a great company that I was proud to say I worked for. Now it's just like everywhere else, AI, AI, AI and trying to get people to quit before the next round of layoffs.
