Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. I agree, I think our people are great and Glassdoor is a wonderful company. I’m glad to hear that your experience has been amazing and that the benefits support your work life. Our leaders are incredibly special and it sounds like yours are supportive, caring, strong leaders. I’m not surprised at all as I have the privilege of working with our CS Leader Team and am constantly impressed by their talent, kindness, spirit of fun and care. I could go on and on about our incredible CS Leaders. It sounds like I still have work to do clarifying our strategy and the career progression program. We will work on both areas. Regarding career opportunities, I’m sure you’re aware that the CS organization has a detailed career architecture today. We will continue to review this as our organization evolves. Currently, we are working on the Sales Career Architecture, but will review different organizations over time. This work will also include compensation review. Though I don’t have a timeline yet for this work, we will share it transparently when we do. In the meantime, I am glad that our CSMs have the opportunity to overachieve the variable component of their compensation plan and we are able to see a number of individuals be promoted each year.
