Thanks for your review. I’m glad that you recognize we have a great culture and one of the core reasons for that is transparency. We do seek feedback because we care so much about our employees. Together, we know we can continually make our company better. Our people and their voices are vital to this process. To that end, we have received a lot of feedback on change. Now that we’ve implemented so many changes within the GTM organization, we want to focus on simplifying. I’m so proud of how our team and our leaders have leaned into and adapted to changes.
