I understand the challenges with the Indeed partnership. We’ve come a long way in strengthening this collaboration, but it still requires flexibility and patience when organizational changes impact processes.
On growth, while hiring has been limited, I’m encouraged by the individuals who are advancing and growing in their careers within our existing Performance Review cycles.
Regarding quotas, our approach typically takes into account recent performance trends and future revenue expectations. Our SOPs team also reviews any outlying situations; if you feel a specific account needs a closer look, please reach out directly.
