      Remote work that allows me to stay at home.

      Promotions are extremely difficult to obtain, as there seems to be a stronger tendency to bring in people from outside the company rather than promoting internally. Additionally, there are ongoing issues with unclear processes, responsibilities, and role assignments that often don’t align with job titles. As a result, projects frequently end up being driven by just a few truly dedicated individuals, while others with higher titles or designated roles fail to deliver. Due to tight deadlines, those who are committed often have to compensate for the lack of performance from others. Ultimately, the recognition for the work and effort invested is simply not there

      I've been working at Global Blue for over 7 years, and it’s been an incredible journey.
