      -Micro Management. -Leads are not strong. -Irrelevant Projects mostly working on legacy applications. -Hard work is not appreciated in fact you got to work hard to agree to all non-sense that goes on and be best friends with your team lead and get appreciation. Regardless of these don’t expect anything from whom so ever it may. -you will be treated as labour and most time with dis respect.

If you're looking for a place where you can build a long-term career while being part of a fantastic team, I highly recommend Global Blue!
