      Pros

      Benefits are good- contributory pension, healthcare, sick pay, maternity pay, 25% discount etc. I honestly couldn't tell you any others.

      Cons

      Training is abismal, Area team are extremely negative, rarely celebrate success, speak to staff with no respect at all, no one has any real idea of what they're doing so support is non- existent, work/life balance is a joke. Do not work for this company!

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
