Pros
I worked at H&M for 2 years. I started as a sales associate. - Some stores give you good hours, just depends on how they are doing business wise. - Good pay. I got offered 10.75, but they base it on experience. - Some of the people were nice.
Cons
- Closing the store down was horrible. It was messy all the time. - Managers expected us to do more than was possible. - Shipment in the morning was alot of work. You basically had 60 boxes of clothes to process in 2 hours. - Not alot of opportunity for growth. - If you are new, the managers already have their favorites.
