Pros

6.2 weeks holiday as a manager, plus an additional days holiday for working a year (april to march) for 5 years, so can get an extra weeks holiday each year in total, plus you get a one off paid weeks holiday after being with the company for 10 years. 25% discount Progression is high, lots of opportunities.

Cons

Dont get paid over time, I can work 50 hours a week but only get paid for 39 of them and never seem to get the time back (which we are meant to) Under staffed beyond belief, do a 4 persons job Under appreciated and exceptions way too high Chance to get a bonus but the requirements are too high You cant just transfer to another store, you have to apply and interview for the role, even if it's the same role your doing. Customers have no respect for the store or clothes and trash it beyond belief.

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
