Pros

Excellent colleagues, Great sense of teamwork, Train and promote from within, Open atmosphere with good communication, Encouraged to take ownership of your own career, Encouraged to dress your own style, Employee Dicount

Cons

Can be stressful, Limits on hours available to managers often leave the store understaffed resulting in low morale and long closing times, Quiet times of the year can result in very little hours to go round, Part time staff are not guaranteed any hours, Favouritism from management results in lack of consistency over the treatment of all staff, Some staff with hopes of promotion are led on while others are quickly promoted before them

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
