      In previous years there was a great deal of opportunities for professional development, travel, and work/life balance.

      The organization is currently struggling to adapt to shifting consumer patterns along with how upper management is “leading” their teams.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
