Pros

*Great Pay *Great Benefits *Great Store Manager *Worked at a Flagship location in downtown Chicago * I loved visual merchandising and working with the product * Most the staff was great.

Cons

*Training was not what expected. My trainer lacked the ability to explain things clearly. He would make you feel like an idiot if you didn't know something. Couldn't go to him for guidance without a negative response. He wasn't thorough on certain things, and he expected me to know things he never trained me on. He didn't lead by example and lacked the skills needed to successfully train staff. This made my experience stressful and often caused me to struggle on the job. I went from loving my job to absolutely dreading it because of my trainer.

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
