Pros
The benefits are decent and have a variety to choose from.
Cons
I technically worked for Sarah Cannon but was under the HCA Corporation. The employees got the same benefits as HCA employees and were treated as HCA employees. I worked as a patient care technician on the evening shift and went to back to school to do data science. My plans were to stay with HCA and/or Sarah Cannon after finishing my master's. I applied for jobs that related to my degree and couldn't even get an interview as an internal applicant. I tried to get promoted to a different position several times and got denied. They don't promote within unless you know someone that can get you the position. I even did the tuition reimbursement thinking I could get another position within the company. Now I have to pay it back because I didn't fulfill my time obligation. Your total time at the company doesn't count. It starts from when you received the tuition benefits, which is ridiculous. The companies that I have worked for consider your entire time with them. Also, they hire in new employees at higher rates and don't adjust current employees' wages.
