      Good to be part of hcl as it is having many oppertunities within company when people are on bench

      Cons

      You can see no hike even after completing 2-3 years in the same company Also it is not recommended to stay in the same after completing 2 years You don't even see your grade upgrading for the designation even after completing 5 years in the same company
