Pros

No Pros till now i had found to share with apart from some people I had met and worked with.

Cons

1) First thing is, you need to be in office at 10.30 A.M for daily stand up meetings, but there is no fixed time to leave the meeting sometimes it get more than 45 minutes. 2) Manager enjoy till last day of release (takes off on every Friday and sometimes even on Thursday) but at last day of release she ask us to come on Weekends. 3) Manager drops mail at late 1 P.M. night to come on weekends. 3) Managers are biased they dont even talk if you won't come on Weekends. (For me she had stopped talking and taking updates from me ). 4) Managers only know how to make you run from HR to them in case of appraisal or you need anything. 5)Events organised on quarterly basis on which you need to pay every time. Moreover its like a burden to them for sake of formality they are conducting so. 6) Indoor games or activities for employee's refreshment are for sake yoou need to sit in front of your computer for at least 9 hours (Micro management). 7) End moment full day and night marathon to meet the deadline, which affects the employee's health. 8) There are no quarterly or half yearly perks, they are only given to those who butter their manager. 9) During appraisal no proper response from manager on any mail but they know well to wish people on birthday anniversary or completing successful years in HCL.

Where do I even begin.... HCl is a company that will overwork and underpay you and never give you a raise. I was lucky to get a very competitive wage when I started that I felt like I deserved and I fought for that. However even that process they bait and switched 3 times offering higher amounts over the phone and then going back on their word and offering less and less each time until they finally sent me an offer letter. The entire company is inept at communication at any and all levels. You will never get a raise and any time you have any kind of issue or need management/HR to do anything for you results in being ignored. Additionally they will add and add to your roles and responsibilities and ask for the impossible and unreasonable. They get contracts by underbidding other MSP's and then hiring as few people on site as possible and refer the rest of the work to overseas workers that will never do any work and always kick responsibility back to you. If you ever get lucky and they are forced to actually do their job they show that they clearly have no idea what they are doing or talking about. All around a terrible company to work for. If your job role is getting outsourced to HCL, fight for a good salary up front because they will never give you a raise and try to look for another place to work as soon as you can.
