      Pros

      Flexible and Good working environment. But both of these are dependent on your boss/RM. Rotation policy is in place and followed.

      Cons

      Compensation way below industry standards. Work quality way below the capability of an MBA. MBA are made to arrange for Tea and Coffee, get the wall clock battery replaced, get the laptops, mouse, keyboards and printers repaired for all project staff. Maintain the inventory of Tat photon data card and laptops. Opting for this company at campus placement was the biggest mistake.

      Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
