No reason to work at sasken ............. working under bond. work culture is good only in here not at client side .Good work environment Flexible timing policies Single status policies Opportunity for growth Good higher management Capable CEO Good culture of work
Cons
The current recruitment process has become bad and many people who are not technically good are making it to the company.- Low salaries - I have seen very often that people with poor skills stay and people with good skills leave, all because of the money. - Poor management decisions.
