I recently joined HCL as a Senior Specialist, and the experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. The onboarding was smooth, well-organized, and professionally managed. With 14+ years of experience across O365, Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration, Intune, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure IaaS/PaaS, and Quest migration tools, I was looking for a place where I could contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow – and HCL has proven to be just that. I’ve already started engaging in challenging, high-impact projects that align well with my expertise.
