      Pros

      Initial days (HSBC Kolkata ) were really good with good work environment & culture. Truly World class. Learnt a lot about Management from experienced Seniors.

      Cons

      Gradually the work culture deteriorated and made way to a lot of dirty politics, unethical hiring & firing. Good People started quitting out of disgust. Thus HSBC Kolkata is no longer the best place to work. Especially in the last Dept that I worked with was the most horrendous in terms of Management, Work Culture, Work life balance, and in living upto the Brand name.

      Pros

      Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.

      Cons

      Came to work one day and they just had the keys changed and the doors padlocked.
