You get immense opportunities to learn and grow and develop your own skill set. since this is a bank there are several systems that you would not find in outside world. you will have immense data in your hands which you can use to develop analytical skills. management is supportive and as and when needed you would be sent on training or if you prove your worth there is no boundary for you.
