Pros
It was a great place to work at, each employee will own their specific work, sure we also have teammates to work with me on the same thing. When I was on vacation, some of my teammates will backup my job. Normally, i won't be call at that time. Which is rally good thing.
Cons
Some positions will require to work overnight, as this is a globe company.
