Pros

- No work - If you are not interested in technology and just want to survive in a industry as a manager/ Technical manager. - Good technical architects who drives everything from onsite locations. - Salary will be credited to your account on 28th each month. - If you want to develop your political skills then you will become politician after 5 yrs in hsbc. - Bus service. - Great pantry service (A guy with food trolly will walk through the floor twice a day ) .

Cons

- 0% technical growth - 0 % development in JAVA only support and maintenance projects. - some technical forums are banned here. They might ban google in future. - frameworks and technologies are too old. You are suppose to work on legacy things. - horrible politics. If you are good in politics then they will award you with promotion. - They have installed sapience tool on every machine .which records your online & offline time.if you complete a task in 8 hours, then you are marked productive and if you complete the very same task in 2 hours , then you are not productive. ( HR and managers will tell you this tool is installed to improve the effeciency of employees ..lol) - No internet in notice period. - If you ask for better work they will give you some IBM tool / production support. - Hikes and promotions are depend on your relations and your sapience timings. - No promotions and onsites for senior positions. - Food quality is horrible. - No cubicles . Call center type sitting arrangement. ( please dont join this company if you are fresher it will ruin your carrier)

Pros

Never come. All the positions and all area is same terrible. HR official turnover rate reach to 15%, some core hard working positions even can be a higher rate

Cons

They don't respect employees, there's a suit in New York area initiated by previous bankers in 2023. Because they asked for a lot of volunteering work on formal job but never pay
