Lot of employees left because of incapable mid management Projects are not great, mostly non challenging Short time projects Process is in words, in reality you won't get time Incapable leads The company was great with great minds in 2016s and gradually all of them left and end with lot of people going out from company. The nid management won't solve any problems all they like is hearing an Yes except some managers. The great working people will be recognized rarely. People won't accept you if you debate for right, The team was great but didn't get a good opportunity ever.
