We conduct detailed performance appraisal processes twice a year and we are one of the few organizations that has half-yearly appraisals (performance evaluations+salary increment). We follow a very structured performance appraisal process to give timely feedback on strengths/weaknesses, which means there is a lot of emphasis given to make sure that we do justice to all the hard work that employees put in. Also, when it comes to the HR team, it strives to get better every day and tries the best to ensure that the employees and the organization have a wonderful relationship that is both comfortable and professional. But if you have any feedback for the HR team, feel free to write to the HR team , so that the team can know their grey areas and work towards improving in the near future.
