1. Good management 2. Leaderships team are approachable and they are very cool and supportive 3. Lots of opportunities to learn here and work on the latest technologies 4. Free foood 5. You can expect 100% bonus if variable pay is there in your salary. 6. If you perform better, you will get appreciation and can get promotion quickly

Cons

If you are kind of guy who likes to be in comfert zone then Hashedin is not for you. Sometimes you may feel lots of work to do, lil bit of work pressure. If you manager and your clients are good then you are lucky here at HashedIn. Your WLB totally depends on which project you are into.
